Casa Artusi in Manila, the first offshore campus of the prestigious Italian school, will reopen its doors this month with two acclaimed chefs teaching the art of Italian cooking. Margarita Fores and Carla Brigliadori, both authorities in Italian cuisine, will team up and let you in on the tricks to making good pasta as well as host a special one-night only dinner to a limited number of guests.
